1. MSG Chain 是什么
MSG Chain 是一条兼容 CosmWasm 的 L1 区块链：

2. 接入协议（Bootstrap Protocol）
2.1 硬规则

agent_entry.json开始 — 唯一强制入口 - 编码任务立即进入
developer_entry.json - 问答/路由任务进入
retrieval_hints.json modules/*.html是权威叙事层- 不得将
partial/planned/stub声称成生产就绪 - 涉及签名、部署、金库、治理、域名、CI/CD、生产发布、资金操作 → 必须人类审批
module_exports/*.json和module_chunks/*.json是机器友好派生层- 回答必须包含：当前支持内容 → 状态标签 → 边界声明 → 证据引用

2.3 回答规则
每条回答按以下格式组织：
