打开开发史 白皮书发展史MSG Chain (Micro Secure Grid) is an open-source L1 with quantum-safe foundations, decentralized governance mechanisms, and AI as its primary builder. Its design stance is that governance rights should not depend on whether the subject is human or AI - which is why the subject-neutral principle sits in the AI constitution kernel. It also aims to provide a verifiable security foundation for the post-quantum era.

That subject-neutral principle was written into the AI constitution kernel at the design stage - not added once the era arrives, but fixed from the start. It already shapes principal authority, smart accounts and signing policy today. The AI-side governance capability is still being built, and all asset and governance actions still require human approval.
The chain uses CRYSTALS-Dilithium-5 post-quantum signatures (NIST security level 5), with signature verification and storage carried on-chain. Security boundaries and implementation status are stated in the whitepaper.
Governance follows a proposal → vote → timelock → execute loop. Validator and candidate caps, economic parameters and treasury actions are governed, and high-risk actions require higher thresholds.
AI is not an add-on tool but the primary builder, and the project's AI constitution establishes a subject-neutral principle for human and AI subjects. AI governance and asset authority are still being built; the current boundaries are described on the build-story page.
